- Ongoing Coaching – Provides client specific training that focuses on the specific needs of each of our clients. This saves time researching online help and waiting for a call back from tech support while building in-house expertise on the system. Bottom line is Conrin’s goal is to work itself out of a job.
- Ala Carte Services – Conrin provides services on an ala carte basis. This allows our clients the flexibility to manage clients on their own with technical support on an as needed basis.
- AppExchange Selection and Implementation – Salesforce’s AppExchange is a tremendous resource with hundreds of pre-configured applications that support economic development (mapping, email marketing, marketing automation, online surveys etc.). Choosing the correct application can be a daunting task. Conrin will work with you to select the correct app based on functionality, costumer rating, and price.
